These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and work provided by LP Home and Landscapes, run by Paul Eastwood. Your written quote sets out the specific details of your job and takes priority if anything differs.

Site visits and quotes

Site visits and quotes are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are based on what can be seen and measured at the visit. If hidden issues are found once work starts, we'll explain them and agree any changes with you before going ahead.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to secure your start date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Payment terms, including the balance due on completion, are set out in your quote.

Guarantee

All installation work comes with a minimum 10-year guarantee covering our workmanship. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, third parties, or work carried out by others after we finish. Exterior cleaning is a maintenance service and is not covered by the 10-year guarantee. Specific guarantee terms are confirmed in writing with your quote.

Insurance

We hold £1m public liability insurance.

Working hours

Normal working hours are 06:00–20:00. Emergency roof repairs are available 24 hours a day.

Permissions

You're responsible for any planning permission, dropped-kerb approval or landlord consent your project needs, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We're happy to advise on common considerations.
